Yes. Start with one outcome, such as a website, a virtual assistant, first hires or a lead list, scoped and quoted up front. Add more once you have seen the work.
How do you work with an established company's own teams and vendors?
Teams work inside your tools, such as your CRM, ATS or helpdesk, and report on agreed numbers. Most engagements start with a pilot on one process before anything is scaled.
Where are the teams based?
The teams are based in India, and 7H Pro also has a presence in the USA. Clients are in the US, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and APAC, and all work is done remotely.
How are services priced?
Each engagement is scoped on a call and priced as a project fee, as dedicated team hours from 2 to 8 hours per business day, or as a monthly retainer.
Can Himank lead the work himself?
Yes. He takes on fractional CEO, COO, CTO and Chief Growth Officer roles, one or two days a week, paid as a basic retainer plus a variable tied to results. See himankseth.com/services.
