  1. 01

    He has done the job

As a fractional CEO, COO, CTO or Chief Growth Officer, he steps into a function he already leads in one of his own companies.

  2. 02

    He sees across functions

Strategy, operations, technology and growth sit with one person who sees how they affect each other, and fixes what falls between them.

  3. 03

Teams on hand if you need them

Most advisors hand you a plan and leave you to find an agency. If the plan needs hands, his companies can carry it out; if not, he works with your team.

  4. 04

    Global work at Indian cost

What does a fractional executive do?

A fractional executive works part-time, usually one or two days a week, but owns a plan and its targets like a full-time executive would. Himank takes on four roles: fractional CEO, COO, CTO and Chief Growth Officer. He runs a weekly review with your team, makes decisions in his area and manages the people doing the work.

How is Himank paid?

Usually as a basic plus a variable. The basic is a fixed monthly retainer and makes up most of the fee. The variable is one or two of: a quarterly bonus on agreed targets, a share of new revenue he brings in, a share of savings from outsourcing or automation, or equity for early-stage startups. The split and the amounts are agreed on a call.

Can Himank join full-time?

He works with clients part-time, because he also leads his own companies. Where the work needs daily execution, teams from his companies or your own team carry it out under his direction.

Do we have to use his companies' services?

No. His companies are available if they fit, but the plan is yours and he can work with your existing team and vendors.

How do we start?

Book a 20-minute call. Afterwards you get a written proposal with the time involved, the targets, the basic and the variable. Targets and pay are reviewed every quarter.
